Carbon Tapatio

Food is delicious, service is exceptional, the salsa bar is such an added bonus & the salsas are . Their Chilaquiles Divorciadas are my absolute favorite, when I tell you I have not found a place in AZ that makes them how I like them, they nailed it. They are full of flavor, have just enough spice, & they are plentiful. The quesabirrias & consome are delish. Their horchata is super delish as well. The Torta Ahogada was absolutely delicious. I've never had one (I am one picky person to try new things especially) my husband wanted to try it and we ordered it to share and it did not disappoint, we will definitely order it again. I ordered the sauce on the side as I wasn't sure I'd like it submerged in sauce and it was delicious, however I will order it the way it comes next time. Lol The flavors and spices are just right. I don't know many places around town that make tortas ahogadas but if you want something delicious, flavourful & authentic try Carbon Tapatio, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Food was amazing. Tortillas were fresh everything was fresh. Had the carne asada tacos and quesa birria tacos. Sooo declicious. I'm happy because we live in the neighborhood and it so easy to get to. We ordered wings to go for dinner (btw Wednesday's are $1 wings) and the wings were so delicious as well. We will definitely recommend and will be going again.

Such a delicious find. It's a definitely must try!!! Tons of options nothing disappoints. Stop in for some tacos.the service is on point. Gotta come on Wednesday for dollar wings.

I quite enjoyed the music, the tacos were yummy, and I liked the French toast. My bacon and eggs were a tad cold, I’m assuming because my toast needed to cook. My food came 5-10 minutes after the tacos, so keep in mind the wait. Otherwise, very yummy!!

Birria Pizza, fresh made tortillas and chips, MEATS AL CARBON (cooked over coal).. they even have amazing chilaquiles. The food is excellent! From the asada tacos to the chilaquiles, some of the best in town. Family owned and operated as well. The staff is so welcoming and nice and the place is very spacious and clean. Oh and BIRRIA EGG ROLLS!

I recently had a delightful dining experience at Carbon Tapatio in South Phoenix. I was thoroughly impressed by their Chilaquiles dish, which was topped with a flavorful combination of green and red sauce, fresh cilantro, onion, scrambled eggs, and carne asada. The dish was incredibly delicious and left me craving more. I highly recommend trying this mouthwatering creation at Carbon Tapatio for a truly satisfying meal.

Came all the way from East Mesa to try this place and it did not disappoint, chilaquiles were amazing, Torta ahogada brought back memories of my grandmother, the steak on the carne asada fries is top quality. Very impressive. Service was great, lots of room... surprised why it's not full.
